The public is invited to the grand opening celebration, which will include a block party featuring the Todd O'Neil Band. Also making an appearance will the be the New Orleans Saintsations with Stephanie, the cover girl for the 2013 Saintsations swimsuit calendar.
Owner Saul Rubio has been hard at work with recent renovations, as he transforms the former Rockefeller's restaurant into Rox. Rox Crafted Cuisine & Martini Bar is located at 147 NW Railroad Avenue in Ponchatoula.
